Please read carefully these Terms as they are legally binding to You.
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to provide information about GoSwift ("GoSwift",
"we", "our" or
"us") privacy and Data collection practices for the GoSwift Mobile Application ("Application",
"App"). GoSwift is
what's known as the 'Controller' of the personal Data You provide to us. We only collect basic
personal Data about
You which does not include any special or sensitive types of information. This does however include
name, address,
email, vehicle, cargo, location, etc, so as described in Paragraph 3.
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. We advise You to refer to this policy on an ongoing
basis in order
to keep You up to date with changes.

1. Where do we collect Your Data?
All the personal Data we process is processed by our staff in Estonia and located on servers in
Estonia. No third
parties have access to Your personal Data unless the law allows them to do so or it is requires for
the performance
of the service (cf. 6.6). We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and
secure processing
of Your personal Data.
2. How long do we save Your Data?
We will keep Your Data until the end of the project in the first semester 2019, after which time it
will be
destroyed. Your personal Data will be kept with us until destruction or until You notify us that You
no longer wish
us to collect them.
3. When do we collect Your Data?
We collect personal Data when You:
3.1. Create a user account
In order to create Your user account, when You sign up for the Service, we collect the personal Data
that You
provide (such as Your e-mail address, first and second names and phone number).
3.2. Use the Service
To provide You with the Queue Management service through the App, GoSwift needs to collect, consult,
use or
otherwise dispose the Data You have provided us with.
3.3. Communication with us
When You communicate with us, for example when contacting our customer support, we collect the
information You
provide. This may include Your name, e-mail address and Your communication.
3.4. Participate in contests and surveys
If You choose to participate in contests and surveys, we might ask You for certain information in
addition to
what is stated above. This additional information may be combined with other information we have
collected.

5. Why we use Your personal Data?
Personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, leased,
loaned, traded, or
otherwise disclosed to third parties except as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was
collected, or as
otherwise described in this privacy policy.
We use Your personal Data to:
5.1. Provide the Service
We need to know Your basic personal Data in order to provide You with the service. The processing of
Your Data
is a sine qua non condition for the performance of the contract and complete enjoyment of the
GoSwift's service
by You. The main purpose of the mobile application is to give valuable information to You: a
specific time when
to come to check-in, and a specific guidance to the ferry terminal. This will allow You to better
plan Your trip
and avoid lost time in traffic or parking. Overall, it is expected that the service will ensure a
more seamless
arrival of heavy-goods vehicles to the ferry terminals. For that purpose, we need to collect and
process Your
Data. We will not collect any personal Data from You we do not need in order to provide and oversee
this service
and related analysis services to You.
5.2. Communicate with You
In order to answer any request, or communicate with You about the Service, we need to collect and
store some of
Your personal Data.
5.4. Develop and improve the Service
Thanks to Your Data, GoSwift will continuously improve its service, whether by proposing You better
journey to
the port, or allocating You more suitable timeslots. Your information will be used for statistical
purposes in
order to improve the service through automated processing of anonymised personal Data.
We may also need to disclose Your information if required to do so by law.
6. Your Data protection rights
If at any point You believe the information we process on You is incorrect, You may request to see this
information
and even have it corrected or deleted. If You wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled Your
personal Data,
You can contact us and we will investigate the matter. You have the right to:
6.1. Access Your personal Data
You have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not Your personal Data are being
processed,
and, where that is the case.
6.2. Update Your personal Data
You have the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal
Data
concerning You.
6.3. Withdraw consent
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to Your particular situation, at any time to
processing of
Your personal Data. In that case, GoSwift shall no longer process the personal Data. Please note
however that
GoSwift services will no longer be provided.
6.4. Delete Your personal Data
You can at any time unsubscribe from the Service and request that Your account is deleted. We will
in such a
case only keep Your personal Data if we are obligated to keep the Data in order to fulfill legal
obligations or
to manage or defend legal claims.
6.5. Restrict the use of Your personal Data
You have the right to receive the personal Data concerning You, which You provided to us.
6.6. Third parties
We may share Your information with third-party service-providers that help us with specialized
services,
including customer service, business analytics, performance monitoring. We take steps to prevent
these third
parties from using Your information for any purpose other than the services they are providing.
